This page explains the current website's information flow so you can choose what to share.
Discovery conversations
Your answers remain in the browser tab until you submit the final form. Closing or refreshing the page clears the conversation. Before sending, you can edit the brief and download a copy.
When you submit, the site sends your first name, email, optional business name, reviewed brief, discovery category, consent statement and page address through FormSubmit for delivery to Kairo's email inbox. Kairo uses this information to review your challenge and follow up with you. Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Please leave out passwords, payment-card details, customer records and confidential information about other people.
Free calculator
The admin-time calculator processes your entries in your browser. Its numbers are not submitted to Kairo and reset when the page is refreshed.
Services that deliver this website
Cloudflare hosts the website. FormSubmit handles submitted briefs, and the receiving email service stores delivered messages. Those providers may process technical information required to operate their services. Questions, corrections or removal requests
Use the Contact Kairo page if you want to ask about information you submitted, correct it or request its removal. Include enough context to identify your submission, without sending additional sensitive details.
